WP1 – Project Management

Ensures the smooth coordination, monitoring, and quality assurance of the project. This work package focuses on effective communication among partners, financial management, and timely delivery of all activities and results.

WP2 – Learning Programme and Framework for Digital Eco-Navigators

Develops a comprehensive training framework and learning programme for youth workers. It focuses on sustainability education, digital tools, gamification, and innovative methods to engage young people in climate action.

WP3 – Eco-Navigators for Youth Initiative

Implements hands-on activities, workshops, and campaigns that actively involve youth in sustainability initiatives. Youth workers apply the acquired knowledge to engage young people at local and cross-border levels.

WP4 – Real-Time Skills Building Programme

Provides practical, experiential learning opportunities such as hackathons and real-time challenges. Participants strengthen their digital, green, and problem-solving skills through collaborative and interactive activities.

WP5 – Impact and Dissemination

Focuses on maximizing the project’s visibility, impact, and sustainability. Activities include dissemination events, digital communication, policy outreach, and sharing results with stakeholders at local, national, and European levels.
